Pink Pastel Patchwork Handmade Crochet Cardigan - Size S/M

Ok... I'm absolutely in love with these colours!

Handmade crochet cardigan, made using scrumptiously soft acrylic yarn in beautiful soft pastel shades of pink, green, blue and purple. This patchwork cardigan also features striped sleeves which is just YUMMY, and chunky pink cuffs to finish it off.

It should be the perfect fit for anyone between a UK size 8 and 12 - or even a 14 if you'd prefer it to be quite tight fitted!
